Emory Center for Injury Control

Jointly supported by Emory University’s Schools of Public Health and Medicine, the Emory Center for Injury Control (ECIC) was formed in 1993 with a mission to reduce the health and economic impact of injuries in Atlanta, throughout Georgia, and worldwide. The ECIC is a collaborative, multi-institution research center aimed at reducing the burden of violence and unintentional injuries.
